Never any fat to drain.
Most recipes using ground beef say to drain the meat before continuing your recipe, there no fat to drain with bison! Love it, love it. We have been only eating Buffalo Gal ground bison and I am always sure to never run out of it. Low in fat and great tasting! Was introduce to BG by Wellspring Health Camps. This is the meat they recommend.

This stuff is SOOOO good!
My husband and I have been eating buffalo for several years now. I was buying it in 1 pound fresh packs at Whole Foods. The price kept going up and up - til it was out of reach for us. Then my husband found Buffalo Gals online! We ordered the Gourmet Burger special - elk, buffalo, Highland beef. The buffalo is absolutely delicious! Beats the stuff we were buying by a country mile. AND you cannot do business with nicer folks - I left an after-hours message and was surprised when Mike called me back a few minutes later - we had a great conversation about the meat products they offer. Absolutely Delicious!!!
I ordered 40 pounds and I use it for burgers, chili, meatloaf and tacos. It is so tasty and much more healthier for you!!! I can't even eat a regular beef burger anymore after tasting this meat!!!! Even my husband loves it and he is a tough seller!!!
I highly recommend this product!!!!

Best Bison around
Been buying from here for 2 years. Replaced 100% beef with Bison. Due to my planning, had to make small purchase locally and you could tell the difference in quality. Buffalo Gal Bison will beat any Bison product hands down. Dynamic customer service and the best pricing around.
