I hesitate to review this
with 5 stars because I am now very afraid that everyone will discover it and there will be none left for ME when I want it! :)
I bought 10 pounds - it was delivered in perfect shape, as usual, by Buffalo Gal.
Cooked up 2 pounds this morning and Oh Em Gee this is the BEST bacon I have EVER eaten. Seriously. And I'm old and have eaten plenty of bacon.
A word to the wise - this bacon cooks up faster than "normal" bacon. I do mine in the oven, two to four pounds at a time and have been using Costco's thick-sliced applewood smoked bacon for years. It always took 19 minutes, give or take a minute or two, at 400*. So I started THIS bacon at that temp for 13 minutes and nearly burned it!
Turned the oven down to 350* and did 12 minutes and it was perfect. Of course this will vary based on the thickness of the bacon and your personal preference but watch it closely the first time through!

Wild Boar Bacon is the Winner
We ordered this for a bacon and wine event we were having. We had multiple items made from bacon but this wild boar bacon was by far the best bacon anyone had tasted and won hands down. Very little fat, tender and a definate maple flavor. Absolutely wonderful!

Wild Boar Bacon
I had just heard about this bacon on a best of bacon show. The people on the show were raving about this bacon, so I wanted to try it. I am so glad I did, it is the most flavorful and meaty bacon I have ever had. I tell people all the time about your products and how good they are. This is all I will eat now.

Unbelievably good!
Received this as a gift and my entire family LOVED it! My nine year old begged for the leftovers for the next day after we made BLTs which were delicious. I will be ordering more for special occasions to impress friends and family or whenever I want a treat.
