We recommend wrapping the bird in foil and cook at 325 degrees for at least 1 1/2 hours. Then peel back the foil and leave it in the oven for another 45 minutes or until the skin is crispy. For the chicken, the legs should pull out easily. Great way to really show off when you bring your pot luck dish or when hosting your own dinner.

HINT: Be sure to save the bones and scraps of the chicken for a wonderful flavorful chicken stock.
