Top shelf quality
Outstanding product. I never knew beef could be so lean yet so flavorful. As a regular consumer of bison from Buffalo Gal, I was skeptical about the Highlander beef but I couldn't have been more wrong. I will definitely be ordering more in the future!!

Outstanding Beef!
Having been so pleased with the bison that I ordered here, I decided to give this beef a try. It was definitely the right decision. Never again will I have to drain the fat from my burger when I make chili, spaghetti, tacos, etc. because this mean is so lean. I now exclusively use Buffalo Gal for steaks, roasts, and burger, both beef and bison. The convenience of having it delivered as well as the package sizes make meal planning a snap! Thank you, Buffalo Gal.

Tastier and Leaner than Regular Beef
This was our first time trying the Highlander Beef. Really lean with a good flavor. Quality product. You can tell the difference. Will be ordering this again along with the Bison Burger. Thank you!

Very Lean
This is better tasting and better looking than the 93/7 grind I was buying at the local butcher shop.
I also love the thick vacum sealed packaging I receive on all products.

Very Good
I also tried this out of curiosity. It has a different taste from buffalo meat but is very good. Glad I got more than one package.
