Very Lean
This is better tasting and better looking than the 93/7 grind I was buying at the local butcher shop.
I also love the thick vacum sealed packaging I receive on all products. |

Very Good
I also tried this out of curiosity. It has a different taste from buffalo meat but is very good. Glad I got more than one package. |

This is what beef should taste like!
After reading the description of the beef and it's source I was naturally curious. You don't know what you're missing unless you try it and I'm I glad I did. And I will try it again, and again... |
