Highlander Beef Liver
Clean, mild taste. Thawed out one package overnight in refrigerator and while still a bit frozen, with a sharp knife cut four servings, freezing three and eating one. Usually soak liver in milk to remove bitter taste, but having no milk just piled on caramelized onions and if it all tastes this good, i say doesn't need soaking. I will buy this liver at least a few times a year.
