Description 

A new addition to our 'Buffalo-Butt Ready-To-Cook" products. A mixture of our Grass-Fed Highlander Ground Meat and the exotic Russian Wild Boar has created a very dense and tasty meatloaf. Two pound loaf packed in a ready-to-cook container.

Cooking Instructions:
  • Preheat conventional oven to 350 degrees
  • Remove plastic wrapper
  • Place the frozen aluminum container on a bake sheet (easier to handle when it's hot)
  • Drizzle some ketchup on top.
  • Cook at 350 degrees for about 90 minutes (check periodically). Meat should register 160 degrees.
  • Works best if sliced thin.

    Nothing better than a cold meatloaf sandwich the next day!
