I spoke to Nicole and told her what I wanted to do (slice thin for steak hoagies) and she recommended this roast. I made up a spice blend and coated the roast with EVOO. I Seared it in a hot fry pan 2 minutes on all sides than popped it on the oven @ 350. Once it was done to my liking and letting it rest. I sliced it thin about 1/4" and portioned if for easy dinners. It was tender and so flavorful, But did have a little chew like a New Your strip steak......Perfect. I wish I could add a few pictures of the hoagies to share. Topped in EVOO with sautéed peppers, onions and mushrooms.
