Melts in Your Mouth
Excellent cut of meat. I BBQ them only 7-8 minutes for rare. My family loved them, tasty, lean and so tender (like filet mignon. There was no grizzle, visible fat or anything to turn off my kids. They all asked for steak sandwiches for lunch!I'm so impressed!

Bison Tri-Tip
This was an excellent steak!!
I grilled it over charcoal and it came out really nice. My wife enjoyed her steak as well.
I am spreading the word around about Buffalo Gal.
I love red meat and I'm glad that bison is healthy for you and that Buffalo Gal is the best place to get bison from!
