Good flavor and not greasy!
Decided to order the maple bison summer sausage. Has very good flavor and is not greasy like traditional, cheaper, summer sausages. Has spice, but not too much. Can't really taste the maple flavor, though. Will be a good addition to cheese, crackers and a glass of wine on the deck. |
