Bought a few packs to make my famous Bob's bad ass stew. I usually use beef but thought i'd mix it up this time with buffalo..glad I did..Turned out terrific..very tender..will buy again for next batch

put in crock pot with sweet potatoes and onions and stew seasoning and it was the best tasting stew ever
