Amazing
Since we weren't able to partake in the normal Thanksgiving day festivities I decided to whip up something special for my family. My initial inspiration was from the classic Beef Bourguignon.
This was the most tender roast I have ever had. Although I lost track of time and it turned out well-done it was still amazingly tender.
Needless to say I'm planning on ordering more, especially for a Christmas feast.
