During my training, I'm not allowed to have red meat the way I would like to due to the fat and calories in beef.
And then my new love Bison came along. I'm totally addicted, and this is my favorite cut so far! AND Buffalogal is the best. Tried others, and nothing comes close to the quality here!

Had a ribeye last night. Cooked just slightly past rare. In a word 'superb'.

I've had a buffalo ribeye before, at the BuckHorn Restaurant in Denver, so I was very anxious to try these steaks at home on our grill.
The flavor is full, robust, and better than most any beef ribeye I've ever eaten. This steak was pretty tender - one or two slides of a serrated steak knife did the trick.
I'd definitely order this again!
If you like these steaks, also try the Highlander Beef grassfed ribeye steaks - literally fork-tender, without being mushy, and of excellent flavor too.
Buffalo Gal knows how to put out some fine products!

I had my first Bison Ribeye -- Unbelievable It was good. Also Had a Bison New York Same thing. Will order more when I am done with all my Buffalo
