A deliciously tender and flavorful cut. Try on the grill! Receive 2 (7-9 oz.) steaks. (2 steaks per package, package is over 1 lb.)

Suggested Cooking Method:
Preheat your pan on high.  Cast iron or non-stick.   Salt and Pepper the meat, brush with a little butter, then place in the pan.  Let it sear on the high heat for about 4 minutes.  You will see the meat color change on the sides.  Then turn once using tongs or turner to flip.  Continue cooking on the high heat for about another 3 minutes for a perfect medium steak.  2 minutes for rare or 5 minutes for well done.  The key is to get the sear on one side first and do not flip back and forth, just one time.  Let meat rest 15 minutes before slicing.

Where's the beef? Who gives a sh*t?! This is so addicting!
During my training, I'm not allowed to have red meat the way I would like to due to the fat and calories in beef. And then my new love Bison came along. I'm totally addicted, and this is my favorite cut so far! AND Buffalogal is the best. Tried others, and nothing comes close to the quality here!

Very good tasting meat!
I've had a buffalo ribeye before, at the BuckHorn Restaurant in Denver, so I was very anxious to try these steaks at home on our grill. The flavor is full, robust, and better than most any beef ribeye I've ever eaten. This steak was pretty tender - one or two slides of a serrated steak knife did the trick. I'd definitely order this again! If you like these steaks, also try the Highlander Beef grassfed ribeye steaks - literally fork-tender, without being mushy, and of excellent flavor too. Buffalo Gal knows how to put out some fine products!
