The best steaks anywhere!
I recieved my Bison New York Strips yesterday and I put two of them in the refrigerator to thaw overnight.I grilled them for supper this evening and they were beyond delicious. I've been eating buffalo meat for three years now and I can honestly say Buffalo Gal has the best tasting Bison Steaks. They'll be getting another order from me real soon!

Oh! My! Gosh!
This was probably the best meat I have ever eaten! I like meat rare, and this was soooo tender, you could cut it with a fork. I bought a variety of cuts, and have enjoyed everything so far - burgers, breakfast links, roasts, and a stew. Bison is becoming a staple of our diet.

So tender
I bought these steaks a few weeks ago and they are delicious! In fact, I've ordered more at the time of this review. My family had all but stopped eating red meat because of its high fat content but when I heard about bison, I thought I'd give it a try. My 7 year old loves steaks and he didn't know that the bison wasn't beef, he ate every bite of the bison steak. This is a wonderful meat and I'd recommend these steaks to all steak lovers. You won't miss beef. We are customers for life.
