This is like the best steak I've ever had..was a little apprehensive about cooking on top of the stove but it was GREAT and so tender.

The taste is addicting.......
These fork cut tender steaks have to be the best in the world.
As of 10/05/2009 my total cholesterol count has dropped 40 points since I started eating Buffalo products instead of regular red meat.
I'm a Buffalo eater for life and will never return to anything else.
