Just AWESOME
We received the family pack frozen. Living in the valley here in Arizona - during the height of our summer heat.
We have tried a small sample of Bison in the past and thought this might be an interesting change from the beef or chicken route. Let me just say this about Bison, WOW. Very little fat. Unbelievable stakes could be cut with a fork. The flavor is AMAZING. We tried the onion burger recipe - found that the onion overpowered the meat. Our second experimentation with sauteed celery, in olive oil, was much better. It didn't overpower the bison flavor. Since there is little fat, the meat needs something for moisture. Talk about heart healthy - and we weren't aiming for that... but hey added bonus.
Our son had leftover roast in a bison burrito. Said it was the best meat he has ever had.
We would highly recommend bison to anyone. Truly Awesome Service & Meat.

FAMILY VALUE PACK
I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with your product. I got my 1/8 buffalo very quickly, it was packaged and frozen nicely, and the meat has been delicious. It did take me a while to get used to cooking it, but even when I cooked it wrong it was wonderful.
I am telling everyone I know about your website, and directing them to the nutritional value of buffalo meat. Hopefully many of them are ordering from you.
I plan on ordering a 1/4 buffalo next time!

Great Taste, Great Nutrition, Great Value
The best meat purchase I have ever made. The meat is delicious and it actually energizes me when I eat it. It doesn't sit like a brick in my stomach like the beef purchased at grocery stores does. After months of eating Bison, I ate a beef steak served by a relative. My stomach immediately recoiled.
Another benefit is that I have actually lost 40 pounds in 3 months. The only dietary change I made was eating Bison instead of store bought beef, pork, chicken and turkey. I feel like a million bucks.
I just placed another order with Buffalo Gal. The service is excellent!

GOT TO HAVE IT!
I am on the Metabolic Research Diet Plan and Buffalo meat is one of the meats that is allowed on the plan. I got tired of eating chicken and fish all the time and i can only have beef 2 times weekly.I told my husband that i was going to find a buffalo package and buy it. Well HELLO BuffaloGal!!! We eat buffalo almost daily now rarely eating chicken or fish. I fix it all different ways and get really good recipes on line.The best part i have lost 22 lbs. in 6 weeks. This package is a great deal and the meat is so tender,customer service is just wonderful,so helpful,very quick to answer your e-mails and any questions you may have about anything.
