Suggested Cooking Tips:
Bison burger is lean (ranging from 93-96% lean) so when grilling or pan frying the burger - place it on medium heat - COVER. Allow the burger to do its cooking on one side. Don't poke, smash or continually flip the burger because you want to maintain all of the moisture and fat in the meat. When burger appears mostly cooked - flip one time and in 30-45 seconds it should be ready to serve. You might find that using a meat thermometer is helpful when first cooking the burger. It should reach 160 degrees internal temp.

Very little shrink on these burger, I like them thicker too.Taste was out of this world!!

THE BEST burgers I have EVER had. Hands down!
I have had these a couple times now and will continue to order these burgers. They're conveniently in patties and ready to toss on the grill, or even broil in the oven... My fav is the grill, of course! They are good with their Buffalo Seasoning that is sold here on this website, or perfect with simple salt and pepper. Totally lean, no stomach indigestion, just wonderful flavor and so light!!! I cannot say enough about this seller. Everything Buffalogal.com sells is perfect in every aspect! About to place yet another order for this and then some!! Thanks, Nikki, for your WONDERFUL customer service!! I haven't bought beef (so fatty, less flavor) in years now. Bison IS the way to go! Amazingly Great, Juicy and not Gamy!
I've bought 30 lbs of these so far and they're just amazing! Well packed and in one pound bags (I bought the 1/3 burgers, so 3 per bag). Dark red meat with little visible fat. Cook up really well, just don't over cook. I cook them on my NuWave oven (high heat, 8 minutes on one side, 6 minutes on the other, thawed out) and they come out juicy and flavorful. I'll definitely be placing another order in the near future.

Awesome burgers!
Cook until pink in the center and you won't believe how juicy and delicious these are! Best burgers I ever had. The 1/3 lb burgers are huge!

Best Burgers
I seasoned the burgers with a little salt and fresh ground pepper. I grilled them on my propane grill until Medium. I seved them on warmed buns with thin sliced heirloom tomatoes and sliced Videlia onion. They are the best burgers I ever grilled.
